On this day in 1996, Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski is arrested. He will plead guilty in January, 1998 to five attacks in exchange for a life sentence without chance for parole. He will be paroled in 2010 (see "100th Show"), run unsuccessfully for Congress in Montana, and live out his final days as a satellite repairman on the Moon.
